All entries are linked. The Check-List upon arrival of the customer already provides the basis for the Budget, which consults the Stock and Services values, which are fed by the release of the NF. The approved Budget is transformed into a Service Order that downloads the stock of parts, advises on purchases, feeds Accounts Receivable and Payables for mechanics commissions, if any. If necessary, it already issues the Payment Receipt to NFe or issues the SAT.

At any time, you can easily consult products and values for Over-the-Counter Sales, find out which mechanic is completing more work orders, which services were performed in a vehicle regardless of who was or is the owner, you can block calls for defaulters and many more!

LUCRATIVE

The Senior Mechanic issues an ABC curve indicating which product is the most sold and the least sold, which vehicle brands are being served the most and which give more profit margin, calculates Ponto de Equilibrio, showing the minimum billing to settle the bills.
And it also comes with a Preventive Maintenance module that allows you to create a maintenance schedule so that your customer's vehicle is always safe and protected. Ideal for Fleets!

OUR STORY

The best is always the easiest to use.

It is using this very simple concept that Miami Systems, through its predecessors, has been working for over 30 years in the market of specific systems, working mainly in the development of systems in a Windows environment, with tools such as Visual Basic with databases in Access, MySQL and Postgres for which we are certified experts and also with Java in the web environment.

Starting in 1988, it operated solely in the Insurance Brokers segment. From 2000, we also started to work on the development of systems for Mechanical Workshops and Auto Centers and in 2015 also in the Grain Warehouses and Dental Offices segment, always with the same idea of making practicality the raw material of our systems. In 2018, we also started to develop projects for Logistics and Storage of Containers.

We constantly improve our products through change requests from our customers and make them available to everyone who wants them.

 

Our policy is to grant 3 initial months, after implementation, for the Client to request adaptations or additions that he/she deems necessary, and once their feasibility has been analyzed, we implement them at no additional cost.

 

We are headquartered in Campinas - SP and serve the entire national territory. We often carry out workshops and training in loco.
